With our latest release, we’re adding several powerful features to the AI Data Analyst. The goal is to make workforce analytics even more flexible and help HR teams make data-driven decisions faster.

The update includes three major additions to the AI Data Analyst – file uploads, a new conversation overview with scheduling, and integration of external AI platforms – as well as two platform-wide improvements for dashboards and data management.

Here is an overview of the most important updates.

Analyze external data directly in the AI Data Analyst

With the new file attachments, you can now upload external datasets directly into an AI Data Analyst conversation and include them in your analysis.

CSV files, spreadsheets, or other datasets can simply be attached and analyzed together with your existing HR and workforce data.

This enables, for example:

  • combining HR data with financial data or forecasts
  • analyzing employee surveys together with HRIS data
  • faster exploration of new questions without importing data first

This makes it easy to integrate external data sources into your people analytics analyses and gain new insights.

New conversation overview with automatic summaries

The AI Data Analyst now offers a central overview of all conversations and analyses.

All past and scheduled conversations are gathered in one place and summarized automatically. This lets you see at a glance which analyses have already been carried out and what insights came from them.

Navigation has also been improved:

  • new filter and sort options
  • quick access to past analyses
  • a better overview of ongoing projects

Another highlight: Analyses can now be scheduled.

You can have analyses run automatically at a specific time – ideal for:

  • weekly workforce reports
  • regular HR analytics check-ins
  • automated updates for management or leadership

This makes recurring analyses significantly more efficient.

More flexible HR dashboards with the Multi-Column Table Builder

Our HR analytics dashboards have been expanded as well.

With the new Multi-Column Table Builder, tables can now be assembled from multiple independent data sources.

Each column can contain its own query. This lets you combine different workforce metrics in a single table.

Typical use cases include, for example:

  • headcount by department alongside attrition rate
  • hiring metrics alongside internal mobility data
  • comparing several workforce KPIs in a shared view

Dimensions, filters, and sorting can be defined individually for each column.

Custom Fields: easily integrate your own HRIS fields

Many companies use custom fields in their HRIS for organization-specific information. With the new Custom Fields, these fields can now be integrated directly into people analytics.

In the Data Management → Custom Fields section, you can:

  1. define a new field
  2. choose the field type (text, number, date, boolean, or dropdown)
  3. link the field to an HRIS data field

A live preview of the data values shows you, even before mapping, which data will be pulled in from your HR system.

After syncing, the custom fields are automatically available throughout the entire system:

  • in employee detail views
  • as analysis dimensions
  • as filters in dashboards

This lets you seamlessly integrate company-specific data into your workforce analytics as well.

More flexibility for data-driven HR

With these new features, it becomes even easier to connect HR data, automate analyses, and generate tailored workforce insights.

Whether through integrating external data, more flexible dashboards, or extended data models – the new features help HR teams use people analytics faster and more effectively.
