People analytics reports the metrics already in your systems, headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, the what. People Intelligence adds the why: it runs AI conversations across your people to explain what the numbers cannot, and fuses both into one answer. Analytics is one engine inside People Intelligence, not the whole of it.

A survey is a fixed list of questions that cannot follow up, at roughly 100 words per response. People Intelligence runs adaptive AI conversations that probe and cross-reference, around 3,000 words per person from a 30-minute conversation, and combines them with your system data into one answer.
