A survey is a fixed list of questions that cannot follow up, at roughly 100 words per response. Conversation Intelligence runs adaptive AI conversations that probe and cross-reference, around 3,000 words per person from a 30-minute conversation, across everyone relevant, not a 10% sample.

Often more openly than to a person. People treat an AI conversation as neutral, so they raise the real friction and the reasons they would not bring up in a manager one-to-one. Results are aggregated and anonymized; no one reads individual transcripts.
