Summary
With peopleIX, saas.group not only significantly reduces time-to-hire, but also improves data quality and creates the basis for scalable growth.
saas.group uses PeopleIX to:
- Bundling fragmented data sources:
Because HR data was spread across various tools and systems, consistent and reliable reporting was difficult. - Eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks:
Manually compiling workforce data in Excel and Google spreadsheets required a lot of effort, was prone to errors and made transparency across all locations difficult. - Create real-time insights:
The people and management team had no direct access to current data, making proactive and well-founded decisions difficult.
Implementation was quick and hassle-free. peopleIX enabled individual data views for each of our companies, which improved analysis and usage.
The challenge
Gosia Polubinska, Head of HR at saas.group, faced a particular challenge: With more than 20 independently operating companies, collecting and analyzing personnel data within the Group became increasingly complex.
Before introducing PeopleIX, Gosia used various HR tools such as BambooHR for operational tasks and CultureAmp for employee engagement and performance measurement. Although these tools were connected via API, communication between them was inadequate. This led to fragmented data and missed opportunities for deeper insights.
Without PeopleIX:
- Fragmented data across various tools
- Limited group-wide insights
- Inefficient reporting and analysis
With PeopleIX:
- Central bundling of workforce data with uniform analysis
- Better decisions thanks to real-time insights
- Support strategic growth with expanded indicators
The decision
In search of a uniform, data-driven solution, Gosia turned to PeopleIX. The goal was clear: to bundle the company's HR data on a single platform and gain actionable insights that support business decisions.
What particularly impressed Gosia about PeopleIX was the ability to centralize data, provide in-depth analyses and provide real-time insights into key figures along the employee cycle — such as turnover risks and employee retention.
The implementation
The introduction of PeopleIX went smoothly. Due to the complex structure of the saas.group, Gosia's team initially started with a selected group of HR colleagues, including HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners.
PeopleIX's flexible authorization model and customizable dashboards now enable the team to tailor the platform to the needs of various brands.
By 2024, the platform had been fully rolled out. Gosia's HR team now has real-time insights into all over 20 companies, with the option to filter the data by company, department or specific metrics such as diversity, gender pay gap and turnover rate. Using flexible APIs, saas.group was also able to connect peopleIX with other business tools and integrate HR KPIs into dashboards.
“Implementation was quick, and PeopleIX's ability to create individual data views for each brand has vastly improved our analysis and use of the information. ”
