The challenge

Alexander Libor, CHRO at Afileon, faced a complex task: the consistent collection and evaluation of personnel data across various locations - each with its own systems, such as Personio, HR Works, or DATEV PMS.

Before the Introduction of peopleIX, the Central HR Team - consisting of six people with a focus on HR IT & Projects, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, and Recruiting & Employer Branding - worked with an Excel Consolidations manual to combine data from various sources.

The biggest challenges are:
