The challenge

Circula is a fast-growing SaaS fintech based in Berlin, which offers a comprehensive platform for employee expenditure management, combining employee costs, travel expenses and employee benefits.

With growth and expansion, there were new challenges for the People & Talent department. To continue to grow successfully and quickly, Karen relied on recruiting data analytics to optimize processes, hire talent faster, and improve the quality of new hires.
