The challenge
Hypatos is a B2B machine learning startup from Potsdam with the aim of automating document processes in enterprises.
Adra, VP People, had the plan to develop the HR decision-making culture from “gut feeling” to “data-based decision-making” in order to provide all key stakeholders with the latest data, analyses and insights at all times.
Fragmented data in various systems has meant that in-depth analyses were very complex and time-consuming.
