The challenge

When Janina Cussmann took over the position of Chief People Officer at rebuy in 2022, she quickly realized that the company's HR processes had significant gaps in data management. The HR team worked with a variety of tools such as HiBob, Peakon, Recruitee, Traffit as well as Excel files from internal partners and payroll providers.

But there was no central system to standardize data at the various locations. This not only made real-time data analysis difficult, but also significantly slowed down decision-making.

The decision

In order to optimize HR data processes and overcome existing challenges, rebuy decided to implement PeopleIX. The platform offered the ideal solution for efficiently standardizing data from various HR tools and taking HR strategy to a new level.

The implementation

Following a pilot project with PeopleIX in March 2024, the team cleaned up the data, standardized key figures and created customized dashboards. The platform was then rolled out to internal stakeholders, who thus gained immediate access to the data.

During the integration process, PeopleIX connected key systems such as HiBob, Peakon, Recruitee, Traffit, and Snowflake. As a result, all employee data flowed seamlessly through the organization and created a solid basis for data-driven HR processes.
